RVFC Building Addition Update

5/3/2009 update: After finishing a major portion of the block work, this weekend was spent backfilling the foundation. to grade level. The entry ways from the current bay, to the new bay, was also cut in. Check back to the photo gallery for updated pictures as we progress. This addition is possible, only through the generous donation of labor or materials by many local trades, and hard work by our membership. We are looking for additional volunteers to assist with all phases of the project. If you are interested in helping us out please call 973-248-6334 or email us at info@rvfc1.org.

We would like to thank the following businesses for their support with our addition project:

Roger Redner Excavating, Ringwood NJ

Fierro Mason Contractor, Ringwood NJ

Haskell Paving, Ringwood NJ

Smoke Detectors Save Lives

It is that time of year to remember to change the batteries in your smoke detector when you change your clocks for daylight savings time. Equally important is to also ensure that you have and maintain a Carbon Monoxide (CO2) detector to protect your loved ones from that silent killer. If you have any questions about either of these please contact us at 973-248-6334 or at info@rvfc1.org.

Donate Your Used Car to the RVFC!

If you are a Ringwood resident, and have a car you would like to donate to the fire company, please contact us at 973-248-6334 or at info@rvfc1.org. It can be utilized for an extrication drill and we can provide you with a receipt for tax purposes

Thank you for your support!
